Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 25, 2025

Because our products are made-to-order through Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges  for reasons such as wrong size, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.

Refunds Are Only Granted If:

- The product arrives damaged or defective

- There is a misprint or manufacturing error

- The item never arrives (after a full investigation with shipping provider)

To request a refund or replacement:

Please email customercare@printify.com within 14 days of delivery with:

- A clear photo of the item

- A description of the issue

- Your order number

Refunds (if approved):

Once your request is reviewed, you will be notified if the refund or replacement is approved. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund within 5-10 business days, first check your bank account. Then contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at customercare@printify.com.
